Return/Exchange Policy
Return/Refund Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, we accept returns and offer refunds under specific conditions.
Return Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition and packaging.
Valid Reasons for Return/Refund:
We accept returns for wrong items or products that arrive damaged or defective. Please note, buyer’s remorse is not a valid reason for returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns for items that are not in their original condition or that are damaged due to reasons unrelated to our error. Returns are also not accepted after the 14-day window.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, contact us with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if applicable. We will provide you with the return instructions.
Refunds:
Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

All exchange shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Exchange requests made after 7 days of receipt of the item will not be accepted.
