We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, we accept returns and offer refunds under specific conditions.

Return Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition and packaging.

Valid Reasons for Return/Refund:
We accept returns for wrong items or products that arrive damaged or defective. Please note, buyer’s remorse is not a valid reason for returns.

Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns for items that are not in their original condition or that are damaged due to reasons unrelated to our error. Returns are also not accepted after the 14-day window.

Return Process:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in it’s the original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if applicable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to request a return. Please make sure to include all relevant information like your order number, style name, size and color so we can better assist you. We will provide you with the return instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

Refunds:
Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or store credit within 5-7 business days.

We have a 14-day return policy, technically, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your return is accepted, you will also be able to exchange for any product of your choice within the amount range of initial purchase.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please do not ship your items to our location with the intention to return the item and receive a refund. Items sent to our location will not be returned to the sender under any circumstance unless paid for by the Sender.

Please be advised all bodysuits, lingerie and nightwear sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygiene reasons.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
